What condition does my device need to be in?
Any condition. We price every grade: like new, light wear, cracked glass with a working screen, a bad screen, and devices that don't work at all.
Pick the closest match in the estimator. We confirm the grade when we check the device.
How and when do I get paid?
In store, you can cash out the same day once we check the device. Mailing it in? Payment is processed within 24 to 48 hours of us testing and confirming it, and you get email updates from start to finish.
What if my device's condition is different from what I picked?
Our 3 day phone back promise: we contact you with the adjusted price. Accept it, or have your device returned at no cost. If we don't hear back within 3 days, we process it at the adjusted price.
Do I need to turn off Find My iPhone or my Google account?
Yes, please. A device still locked to an iCloud or Google account pays much less. On iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, then Find My, and turn it off. On Android, remove your Google account under Settings, then Accounts.
Is my personal data safe?
Every device is wiped during check-in. We still recommend a factory reset before you drop it off or ship it. We don't share your details with third parties.
How long is my offer good for?
Prices move with the market. If you mail it in, ship within 4 days of creating your label and your quoted price is guaranteed.
